Donald C. Eaton | Donald C. Eaton is a principal and the Vice President of Eaton Partners, Inc. He manages the Real Estate Management and Commercial Investment Brokerage Groups for the company. Eaton Partner's management portfolio consists of a variety of privately held and corporate real estate assets located in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine.
Donald was graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a BA Degree (Political Science). Throughout his 20 years of real estate experience, he has assisted and advised clients with development, acquisition, disposition and management of commercial investment property throughout Northern New England.
The management portfolios under Donald’s direction have ranged in size from 1,000,000 square feet in 10 properties to over 3,000,000 square feet in over 100 properties. His strength in investment analysis, building operations and lease negotiations affords clients a superb edge when acquiring, selling or operating investment property.
Donald has been awarded the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation from the CCIM Institute. The CCIM designation is awarded to those persons demonstrating a proficiency in several areas of commercial investment real estate including investment analysis, finance, negotiation and taxation. In addition, Donald’s consistent leadership ability has been recognized regionally having been elected President of the New England CCIM Chapter and nationally having been elected Regional Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute.
Donald has also been awarded the coveted CPM (Certified Property Manager) Designation conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management. The CPM Designation is awarded to those individuals who have distinguished themselves in the areas of management experience, education, and professionalism. Donald is one of only twelve CPM Designees in New Hampshire and is the only real estate professional in the State to be awarded both the CCIM and CPM Designations.
Donald has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NH CIBOR), as a trustee and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the First Congregational Church of Manchester, and is an alumnus of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Leadership Manchester program. His hobbies include traveling, power boating, snow skiing and fly fishing. |
